INTRODUCTION

Global dairy demand is projected to grow by 20.4% by 2034, creating a need for dairy systems that can scale production efficiently while maintaining quality, food safety and resource efficiency.

Denmark has built a high-performing dairy sector, with an average annual milk yield of 10,799 kg per cow, compared with an EU average of 8,120 kg.
