World Food Safety Day: Safe food now for a healthy tomorrow

Mark your calendar on Monday the 7th of June from 9.30 am – 12.30 pm, where the Danish Agriculture & Food Council and Food Nation highlight Codex Alimentarius’ worldwide World Food Safety Day at an online event.

Danish food is known across the globe for its high food quality and safety. The Danish food cluster continues to look ahead and focuses on how we can contribute to healthy and safe food and sustainable development in order to be forefront with the global tendencies and demands.

The digitalisation gives the opportunity to implement smart solutions that strengthens food security, however, the human factor and the food safety culture that exists in agriculture- and food businesses is vital.
