The Danish pavillon is organised by Organic Denmark, which is an association of companies, organic farmers and consumers in Denmark and the largest representative of the organic food industry in Denmark. Organic Denmark promotes organic products in Denmark and on exporting markets, and is responsible for the Danish joint stand.

Nordic Organic Food Fair 2023 gathers international exhibitors excelling within the organic food industry, sharing experiences and looking to increase their exports. Seminars and talks throughout the two days will dive into crucial topics and discussions related to the future of sustainable food systems, and the role of organic food production in the plant-based agenda.
