GulFood Manufacturing 2026

As global demand grows for more efficient, resilient and sustainable food production, food manufacturing technologies play an increasingly important role in shaping the future of the industry.

From 3-5 November 2026, Denmark will be present at Gulfood Manufacturing 2026 in Dubai. The event is a leading international platform for innovation, processing, packaging, ingredients, automation and supply chain solutions in the food industry.

What is happening
Confederation of Danish Industry  is the lead organiser of the Danish Pavilion in collaboration with Danish Export Association. Together, they have two Danish pavilions: one for ingredients and one for processing.

International visitors can meet Danish stakeholders and explore solutions that support food safety, quality, resource efficiency and more sustainable food manufacturing.

Denmark aims to strengthen international dialogue, build partnerships and connect Danish expertise with a growing regional market.
