As the food industry continues to evolve, new technologies and partnerships are essential to shaping more efficient, sustainable and future-ready food production.

From 27-29 October 2026, FoodTech will open its doors at MCH Messecenter Herning in Denmark. As Northern Europe’s leading meeting point for food technology, the event brings together the food industry to explore product news, inspiration, knowledge and networking across the value chain.

Why is FoodTech worth a visit?
FoodTech is where the food industry meets to explore the future of food technology. Visitors can discover new solutions, meet suppliers and partners, strengthen their professional network and gain insight into the technologies, trends and collaborations shaping tomorrow´s food production.

FoodTech 2026 will include a wide range of focus areas, including food processing, food packaging, hygiene and food safety, ingredients and additives, IT and data, water and energy, sustainability, food lab, research institutes and professional organisations.
