Food Innovation Camp

On 22 June 2026, Denmark will participate in Food Innovation Camp 2026 in Hamburg, Germany, one of Northern Europe’s leading platforms for food innovation, entrepreneurship and future food concepts.

Food Innovation Camp 2026 brings together startups, food companies, investors and decision-makers to explore how innovation can shape the future of food systems.

The Danish participation is organised in collaboration between Confederation of Danish Industry and Fødevareklubben, strengthening the Danish presence at the key international platform for food innovation and entrepreneurship.

What is happening
Throughout the day, participants will engage in exhibitions, networking, matchmaking sessions and conference discussions focused on food innovation, food tech and sustainable food production.
