Have you ever been served gourmet food from a bike?
In Denmark, food experiences are much more than ingredients and what is on the plate. Therefore, you can also meet the “bike chef” (Cykelkokken), Morten Kryger Wulff at the business tent in Nyborg and Sønderborg.
The bike chef will serve tastings based on regional dishes from the start and finish cities based on local ingredients along the route. In addition, there will be local participants and exhibitors from resp. Nyborg, Sønderborg and surroundings.
