Seafood Processing Global 2026

From 21–23 April 2026, international suppliers, key buyers and decision-makers from across the seafood sector will gather in Barcelona for Seafood Processing Global – the world’s largest trade fair dedicated to seafood processing, packaging, equipment and logistics.

Denmark will once again be represented with a joint Pavilion of Denmark, organised by Danish Export Association in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark and Food Nation as branding partner.

A total of 37 Danish companies will showcase innovative products and solutions designed to optimise operations across the seafood industry – from recirculation aquaculture systems and electronic power management programmes to energy-optimised engines and other technologies with a minimal environmental footprint.

Surrounded by ocean, Denmark has an age-old tradition as a nation of fisheries. Over time, this has evolved into a strong ecosystem of expertise within engineering, processing equipment and cold chain management. This foundation supports Denmark’s position as the largest seafood exporter in the EU and a leading supplier of technology and knowhow.
