At Food Innovation Camp 2025, key decision-makers from retail, gastronomy, investment, and policymaking will come together to share insights and drive development across the food sector – from established enterprises to emerging startups.

Bringing together 98 exhibitors and more than 1,300 visitors, the event offers a dynamic arena for business development, inspiration and cross-sector networking. The programme spans expert panels, startup pitches, one-to-one matchmaking, and the prestigious FIC FOOD AWARD – all hosted in the heart of Hamburg.
