Bridge2Food Europe 2026
From 9–11 June 2026, Denmark will host Bridge2Food Europe 2026 in Copenhagen, a leading international summit focused on next-generation food innovation and alternative proteins.
The event brings together global leaders from industry, research and innovation to explore how new technologies, ingredients and solutions can shape the future of agri-food systems. As the demand for sustainable and resource-efficient food production grows, the summit provides a platform to address key challenges and opportunities across the value chain.
The three-day programme connects science and industry through a combination of technical sessions, panel discussions and networking activities. It includes a dedicated technical course followed by a two-day summit covering key topics such as consumer trends, product development, processing technologies and health-driven innovation.
Participants will gain practical insights and engage with stakeholders across the global food ecosystem, supporting the transition from innovation to real-world application.
Hosting Bridge2Food Europe highlights Denmark’s position as a leading hub for sustainable food innovation. Built on close collaboration between industry, research and authorities, the Danish food cluster develops scalable solutions that contribute to a more sustainable, resilient and future-ready global food system.
