Anuga 2025

From 4-8 October, the world’s leading food and beverage trade fair, Anuga 2025, will take place at Koelnmesse in Cologne. With participants from over 200 countries, the biennial event provides a key platform for networking, knowledge sharing, and exploring innovative developments that shape the future of food.  

This year, Denmark will showcase a strong national presence at Anuga with a joint pavilion of organic companies. Organised by the Danish Agriculture & Food Council in collaboration with Bio aus Dänemark, the Danish pavilion will feature Denmark’s strengths in organic innovative food products.  

Denmark is internationally renowned as a global frontrunner in organic food production, linking organic practices with food innovation. Visitors to the Danish Pavilion can explore products and solutions that combine great taste with high standards for sustainability, animal welfare, quality, and food safety. This development is rooted in strong collaboration across the public and private sector, positioning Denmark as a trusted partner in the global food sector.
