Cavi-Art specialises in creating plant-based caviar from seaweed that can replace lumpfish roe, cod roe, salmon roe and other roe products. The Cavi-Art products can be used in sushi, poke bowls and other caviar rich foods.
Cavi·art® is founded by a ‘vestjyde’ (a native of western Jutland) in 1988, with close connection to the Jutland soil and is still 100% family owned. These values form the basis for the company’s ethos – a focus on our local roots.
